Cindy looked back at the lights inside this garden and chased him with the roses in her arms.
"Hey."
Harley left with a sullen face. Thinking that Cindy had already loved a guy, he couldn't resist the urge to defeat that guy.
He was afraid that he could barely restrain himself from taking Cindy for himself if he didn’t leave here faster.
He had liked her for so many years, waiting for her and staying by her for so long. However, now she told him that she had a crush on somebody.
When he thought of that, Harley felt great pain, as if his heart was pierced by a million arrows.
He regretted that he had not told her he loved her earlier. In that case, she could have been his girlfriend, right?
Harley had a lot on his mind. He was both sensible and emotional at the same time. Just as he wanted to stop, someone suddenly tugged at his shirt. Then he heard a familiar voice from behind him.
Harley was stunned. He looked back and saw that Cindy had picked up the roses and was holding them in her arms now.
Seeing Harley look back, Cindy raised her eyebrows at him and smiled. "You don't want to know whom I love?"
Cindy thought Harley was too careless.
He did not say any honey-sweet words. Instead, he just asked her whether she could consider being together with him. He did not even ask whom she loved when she said she had a crush on someone.
Harley looked down at Cindy in front of him and suddenly understood what was going on.
He turned around and asked with restraint, "Cindy, who do you love?"
At this time, people were all in the banquet hall, and there was no one else in the corridor except Harley and Cindy.
Seeing Harley coming towards her, Cindy subconsciously stepped back. But soon, her shoulder bumped into the wall.
He fixed her with a level gaze.
Cindy's heart raced. She subconsciously raised the bouquet of roses in her hand to block Harley's view and then replied vaguely, "The person standing in front of me.
Cindy answered vaguely in a low voice, but Harley still heard it.
