Just as Scarlett rang the doorbell, the door was opened. Alexis pushed the door aside and walked up t o give Scarlett a big hug.
Scarlett stood in the doorway and looked down at Alexis with a smile, asking, "Are you celebrating Children's day instead of Hometown Day? Silly girl."
Alexis snorted. "You are so heartless and cold!"
Scarlett raised her eyebrows and handed the bag she was carrying to Alexis.
Alexis, who complained about Scarlett just now, took the bag and spun around with excitement. "Oh my God, Burberry limited Cube Bag! I love you, Lettie! I love this gift! I'll give you a kiss."
Scarlett raised her hand to shield her face. "Just save i t for Justin."
When hearing Justin's name, Alexis, who was crazy about the bag, finally calmed down a little bit. "What d o you want to drink? Fruit juice or soy milk? The latter was freshly ground! It smells good and tastes delicious! H
Scarlett sat down on the sofa. She then looked up at Alexis with a faint smile, but she did not say anything.
Alexis was so embarrassed that she hid her bag
behind her back and smiled awkwardly. "Well, I actually just made soy milk on a whim."
Alexis was not a good cook.
Scarlett did not dare to taste the soy milk made by Alexis. She said, "Just bring me a glass of warm water."
"Okay! Wait a moment, Lettie!"
Alexis quickly brought Scarlett a glass of water. She thought of the Hudson family and asked Scarlett, "Did Jadon do anything to you?"
Scarlett lowered her head and took a sip of warm water. She glanced at the orange Alexis was slicing and replied, "For the time being, no."
Scarlett was not sure whether Jadon would take action later.
Alexis snorted. "The Hudsons have been bullies in Chatbury City for so many years. It's time to teach them a lesson. Tell them that they are no match for you!"
Scarlett raised her eyebrows. "So you have an idea?"
