Scarlett looked down at the rose bouquet in her hand and frowned. Because there was no dustbin, she had t o put them in her arms.
"What do you want?"
She looked at Raymond before her and raised her eyebrows.
Raymond took a glance at the roses but only found them unpleasant. He looked up and just saw the coldness and alienation in her beautiful eyes.
Raymond moved his Adam's apple and looked at her with an expression colder than hers. He replied, "Just one thing."
Scarlett was kinda shocked by his answer. She opened the door of her car, put the rose bouquet on the front passenger seat, and closed the door. She asked," What is it?"
"Shall we discuss it in your villa?"
He said while moving to the side, signaling to her that he would follow her going inside.
But Scarlett didn't move. She glanced over him and said, "I don't think it is necessary. We can discuss it right here."
She paused and smiled, "Many people have been watching me recently. It is very likely that someone not far away is taking pictures of us right now. I guess you prefer not to make headlines with me tomorrow, right?"
Raymond was annoyed by what she said. With a colder expression, he said, "About Tiffany, can you withdraw the lawsuit? I'll ask her to apologize to you i n public."
Scarlett looked at the expression "I have done you the honor" which was written all over his face. She smiled, "Anything else besides that one?"
"No."
Actually, Raymond came here not for Tiffany.
After leaving the company, what Frank said to him brought him here without even realizing it.
He had parked his car in front of Scarlett's villa before Gale arrived.
He had no idea what he came here for, and he even didn't want Scarlett to know that he had arrived.
Raymond watched the door slowly closed. After a while, he got into his car with anger in his mind but h e found no way to let it off.
That was a very unpleasant ending.
When Alexander called, Raymond directly hung it up a s soon as he saw the name.
But Alexander called him over and over again. At the end, Raymond picked it up and said, "It'd better be something urgent."
"It is." "Say it."
"Julie is drunk and is surrounded by a group of people. Are you in charge of it or not?"
Raymond sneered, "Who are you? Do you have to be responsible for everything?"
After that, he hung it up.
