Terrance and Alexia novel Chapter 294

Chapter 294 She Volunteers to Quit Her Job

After leaving the hotel, Alexa immediately got someone to change her flight reservation.

Terrence’s expression did not change, and he asked patiently.

“Why are you going to leave tonight?”

She walked forward with a cold face, her vibe so strong that she looked unapproachable.

“I don’t like this place.”

Terrence was not in a hurry and looked at her face curiously.

“Are you angry?”

Alexa did not reply.

“Are you really angry?” Terrence leaned closer. “Your expression is colder than the winter here, but it’s still so good-looking.”

“Terrence…”

Alexa was speechless and stared at him helplessly.

“You only know how to tease me.”

“You smiled.”

Terrence also smiled.

“You look so good when you smile.”

“Are you going back? I have to go.”

“Of course, I have to go back. As an excellent protector, of course, I will be wherever you are,” Terrence said.

“What if I die one day?”

Alexa was joking, but it wasn’t a pure joke.

However, Terrence instantly became serious.

“Don’t say such stupid words. You won’t die. I will always grab your hand.”

“Always?”

Alexa repeated this word in a daze and suddenly laughed it off.

“Not bad.”

Terrence did not hear clearly what Alexa was saying, but he kept holding her hand tightly.

The two returned to New York overnight.

Early in the morning the next day, Terrence rushed to the company.

Edwin held a large pile of documents and followed behind him to report the accident.

Obviously, such a thing rarely happened.

“The Niebergall Group suddenly pulled strings and came to compete with Hudson Group for this new batch of chips. As of now, the market value of Hudson Group has evaporated more than 300 billion dollars.”

When the executives heard this news, they were immediately scared to the point that their faces turned pale.

This was the first time that such a major accident had happened since Terrence took over Hudson Group as its president.

“Mr. Ramsey, do we need to consult the board of directors?”

“No need,” Terrence said coldly. “Bid against them. We must win this batch of chips.”

“But Mr. Ramsey, the Niebergall Group invests 100 times more than us. They even said that they wanted to secure the lifelong sole agency.”

“100 times? You’re scared to such an extent by that!”

“Mr. Ramsey…”

“300 times, if they are unwilling to hand the lifelong sole agency to Hudson Group…”

Terrence paused, and Edwin had already guessed what he was going to do.

“Then I’ll acquire it directly.”

Obviously, for a businessman with a well-thought-out plan, it was not a wise choice to compete and end up failing in the business world.

But it could be seen that what Terrence cared about was not the lifelong sole agency, but fighting with the Niebergall Group to the end.

After arranging everything, Terrence and Edwin returned to the office.

Terrence sat in the chair with a gloomy face and threw the financial statements in his hand into the trash can.

“Mr. Ramsey, Irvin is obviously provoking us…”

“He didn’t attack Vision Group, did he?”

“Not yet.”

“Since he wants to play, then I will keep him company to the end.”
