Nancy felt guilty for Charles.

"Uh, I'm sorry. I forgot to inform you that I'll be going out with Doris. I..." Nancy explained embarrassedly.

"So what? Why do you tell it to me now?" The response was cold from Charles.

Nancy was trying to make peace with him.

But her heart sank when she heard such harsh words from him.

She turned around and was about to leave.

"Nancy, please, order what you like to have? Enjoy yourself. It's my treat." Charles was anxious and placed the menu in front of her.

Nancy finally raised her eyes and glanced at him lazily. "There's no hurry. The person who is treating us hasn't arrived." "Yes, I know. It's Doris. You can order first. She wouldn't mind," Charles said kindly.

"What's the matter today? Even Mr. Fu can be so humble to people. So strange!" Nancy was simply angry at the thought of what happened between them last night.

"Nancy, let's make up. In this city, every woman wants to make love with me. But, you are always indifferent to me. Are you playing hard to get?" Charles said in an angry voice.

Nancy was also irritated. "Charles, I'm not playing hard to get with you. It's you who begged me. Now you don't like me, do you? Go to any of those women waiting to be your girlfriend. I didn't stop you!"
