“You might have survived, but you’re pretty much useless now.”

Wynton’s voice echoed from afar.

“I used the Path Obliterating Sword Art, an invincible sword technique I’ve created. It will destroy the Paths of anyone it strikes.”

A gaping wound was left on James’ body. His hair was a mess, and he was soaked in blood. In that moment, he seemed incredibly pathetic. He looked at the calm Wynton in the distance, reluctant to give in. He did not expect his opponent to be capable of such destruction.

They were in the same cultivation rank, yet he barely stood a chance against Wynton. Despite using all his strength and his most powerful state to fight, he was helpless against Wynton.

Wynton did not kill James. He had already defeated James and was sparing him.
