The Almighty Dragon General novel Chapter 6490

“I can't believe he's just leaving like this,” Hador said, sounding somewhat reluctant.

James muttered on his own, “What a surprise.

Clayton is his disciple.” Hador said, his tone tinged with annoyance, “I suddenly remembered he only bid farewell to you.

He didn’t say a word to me! That guy is so heartless! I supplied him with so much of our wines!” James chuckled awkwardly.

“What could he possibly tell you? Perhaps he doesn’t want to go back either.” Hador inquired solemnly, “How much do you know about him? Do you know why he gave up his status and came to a small place like ours?” James shook his head.

Hador gossiped, “He’s just like you.

Ensnared by love.” James’ eyes widened in surprise as he asked, “Who's his wife?” Hador clarified with a smile, “He’s single and without a wife.

He harbors feelings for someone he can’t have.” “Who?” James inquired.

Hador sighed, “Lucille’s mother, Celeste Babs.

He fell victim to an unrequited love.

After seeing Lucille, his heart must’ve been broken.” James looked at him in shock, asking, “Xachary’s daughter, Lucille ” Hador interjected, abruptly halting James.

“She’s not Xachary’s daughter.

Her father is Franciscus, and she inherited a Veleno Body.” James’ eyes widened in shock.

After that, Hador elaborated on the sage of Celeste and Franciscus in detail.

No wonder he remained mysterious despite being the strongest in the Genesis Worlds.

Suddenly, Hador looked at James and said tentatively, “James, there’s something I must apologize to you about.” James looked at Hador, puzzled.

Hador touched his nose awkwardly and said, “Uhm...your wife...” James’ eyes remained fixated on him, waiting for him to continue.

Hador could not bear the anxiousness of keeping the secret, so he spilled everything about Dark Thea’s departure.

Then, he prepared himself to be beaten up.

“It’s my fault.

I'll accept any kind of punishment.” Seeing Hador’s pitiful look, James simply asked, “Do you still have Chaos Absinthe?” Hador was dumbfounded by his response.
