The Almighty Dragon General novel Chapter 6883

Morgott sneered, “They say I am a demon who kills people or supreme beings without blinking an eye. That I’m cruel and would commit heinous crimes.”

He raised his voice and shouted, “But! I can say with confidence that no matter where I’ve gone, I’ve never killed a human.”

Everyone lowered their heads and remained silent.

James narrowed his eyes, seemingly coming to a realization.

Morgott’s spirit was undeniably potent. He could possess or manipulate any living entity, and he was immortal. It would not be long before his seal was lifted, and he could take over their bodies to seek revenge.

Considering his accomplishments, rebellious nature, and adherence to the principle that the strong should dominate, why would he pursue a bond akin to brotherhood with James, risking everything for him?

It dawned on James that Morgott sought comradeship and craved understanding and support. Therefore, he forsook his collaboration with Yehria and chose to side with two humans, including himself and Truett.

As the human with the most outstanding accomplishments, he suffered abject suppression and cruelty, resulting in a disdain for all non-human entities. Above all, his utmost hatred was reserved for Wuia, who had gained consciousness.

From his perspective, humans would not have existed and endured so much pain if not for Wuia’s mistake, which stemmed from his desires.

Wuia shaped humans to be the most emotionally attuned beings, those who had comprehended the intricacies of emotions and desires. He saw this as a torment upon the humans.

With human greed, one could only envision the agony they had to endure to see such great things before their eyes, yet so out of reach.

The place fell eerily silent.

After some time, Thea broke the silence. “What do you suggest, Morgott?”

Morgott said solemnly, “The Supreme Path is the root cause of all turmoil. Though it was forced to flee, everything it left behind was left to Zymurgy’s supreme beings to take advantage of.

“Unless we overthrow Zymurgy and seize the position as the Supreme Path, any discussion of order is futile.”

Morgott lifted his gaze to James and said, “Perhaps in terms of sheer strength, you’re not even half of what I was in my prime. However, you’re smarter than me. With your wisdom and group of comrades, your odds against Zymurgy are much higher than when I fought them alone.”

James looked at him and said, “Speak your mind.”

“My proposition is very straightforward—strength reigns supreme,” Morgott emphasized, then pointed his fingers at James, elaborating, “By strength, I don’t mean just your strength. I’m referring to the consolidation of all the powers you currently wield.

“For now, set aside your concerns about the Greater Realm’s living beings. Use your existing resources to strengthen your trusted allies so their cultivation bases match or surpass Zymurgy’s supreme beings. By doing so, defeating Zymurgy is only a matter of time.

“Moreover, you’re the ruler of the Great Historial Land. To train up a group of peerless powerhouses only requires some time.

“Only by defeating Zymurgy will you be able to enforce order.
