Observing the unfolding spectacle, the handsome young man stood dumbfounded for a moment before ascending the staircase leading up to the temple. Each stride was deliberate until he reached the open temple door. With ease, he stepped inside, vanishing into the vibrant hues of divine light.

A flash of colorful radiance engulfed the temple entrance, and the door was sealed shut, reverting to its original state.

Yehria shot him a fierce glare. “Whose side are you on?”

Morgott replied, “Yours, of course.”

Yehria retorted, “Then why are you praising that bastard James?”

Morgott argued, “You shouldn’t be so vulgar. I’m simply respecting the strong. If you’re so jealous, why not become as strong as him?”

Yehria seated with frustration, “Enough nonsense. Do you think he noticed us?”

Morgott scoffed, “Ha! Do you think we’d still be safe if he discovered us?”

Yehria was momentarily at a loss for words.
