Once again, James fell silent. He was not worried about Taiyi being too strong of an opponent. Instead, he was torn between going after Xanthakos or Taiyi first.

“Naturally, some of you might consider following my orders for now. When we reach the Taiyi Daonus Realm, those people will turn against me and choose to side with Taiyi instead.

“However, let me make myself clear. I donʼt mind being attacked by my enemies since thatʼs what an enemy does. The only thing I wonʼt tolerate is betrayal.

“I will kill those who betray me. They donʼt get a second chance.”

Then, James turned around and headed into one of the rooms connected to the hall. The others were left standing there staring at each other silently.
