Yukha snorted and hugged James' arm tighter.
Lesia was furious, but she held back from attacking Yukha because James waved his hand.
Looking at Dillon, who was drinking wine, James suddenly said, “Sir Dillon, you owe me a favor.”
Dillon was taken aback. Then, he said irritably, “You’re James, and he’s Xanthakos. You two are mortal enemies. He even holds your wife captive, half of the Yin governor. I’ve finished answering!”
James was at a loss for words.
Then, Lesia moved to James’ side and whispered a few words.
After that, James raised his head. “Everything will come eventually. Perhaps this is what Xanthakos relies on to take risks.”
He then narrowed his eyes. “Yukha chatted with me just now. Now, I’m only worried about whether the three Caeloros Gods will get there first and take the treasures, including the Path Designation Bead, before running away.”
“No!” Lesia said firmly. “They’re coming for us. They won’t leave unless they get back the Caeloros Supreme Scepter.”
Upon hearing that, James showed a meaningful expression.
He seemed to have guessed Xanthakos’ scheme. He colluded with the three Caeloros Gods, but each of them had their own motives.
Xanthakos wanted to use the power of the three Caeloros Gods to seize the Wuia Temple and the Path Designation Bead. In this way, he could control the entire Haleth Realm.
Meanwhile, the three Caeloros Gods were here to find Frona and take the Caeloros Supreme Scepter. They wanted to replace Frona and control the Path Gate.

Popups and ads… I don’t mind. But when the images with part of the story won’t load, then we have a problem....
How can you write a novel this bad, I'm pissed of reading all the mistakes with the main characters. Try reading the charismatic Charlie ward. It's along the same plot but a much better read....

James always behind in cultivation then always lost in the battle.what the heck is this story about i hate reading it.ill stop reading it now.nothing is good about the story.always failed to protect the love one's specially his wife.the story become boring when he wants to cultivate when he cultivate only at the low level.he did not attain the same level of his opponent.the story say even he mate a cultivator in the upper level he cal destroy it and when the battle begins he lose.Watafak is this.dont ready this novel...
