Xanthakos’ fury quickly diminished, and his eyes lit up. He walked over to James, opened a jar of wine, and raised it toward him.
“Then it’s a deal, James! No going back on your word! Here’s a toast to you!”
James also grabbed a jar of wine from the table and opened it. Then, he said smilingly, “A feast for a big shot like you must consist of the best fish from the Haleth Realm…”

Xanthakos choked and spat out his wine.
James was complacent at the sight but pretended to be surprised. “What’s wrong, Xanthakos? Are you already drunk?”
Xanthakos suddenly raised his head, stared at James fiercely, gnashed his teeth, and wished he could tear him to pieces. However, seeing James leisurely drinking, he swallowed his anger.
‘Act arrogant while you can, James. When everything is in place, I’ll settle all accounts with you and take revenge for the humiliation I’ve suffered.’
Xanthakos picked up his utensils and took a piece of dragon meat. Chewing on it, he said, “It’s really delicious! Try some, James!”
James ignored him and summoned a chair. He sat down, raised a leg onto his chair, and then calmly drank his wine.

Popups and ads… I don’t mind. But when the images with part of the story won’t load, then we have a problem....
How can you write a novel this bad, I'm pissed of reading all the mistakes with the main characters. Try reading the charismatic Charlie ward. It's along the same plot but a much better read....

James always behind in cultivation then always lost in the battle.what the heck is this story about i hate reading it.ill stop reading it now.nothing is good about the story.always failed to protect the love one's specially his wife.the story become boring when he wants to cultivate when he cultivate only at the low level.he did not attain the same level of his opponent.the story say even he mate a cultivator in the upper level he cal destroy it and when the battle begins he lose.Watafak is this.dont ready this novel...
