“Poisoning?” Channing expressed skepticism, finding the notion unlikely. “How could it be poisoning? Other doctors said it was due to the fall.” 

Alina explained. “When he fell, the old man had already lost consciousness. He indeed had a head injury, but it was only a superficial wound.”
