Suddenly, she felt a sound in the initially quiet environment. 

This sound made her heart tense. She looked up and found a snake on her head, its tongue sticking out. It was all black with a few red lines. This was a very rare snake. 

Lucian looked serious, “Don’t move!” 

Allison didn’t dare to move. Her lips began to tremble, and the snake suddenly pounced on her. She immediately closed her eyes. 

Lucian grabbed her waist with one hand and caught the snake with the other as it pounced. But snakes in the forest usually have venom, and he was bitten without any preparation.
