The Billionaire's Maid Bride novel Chapter 126

Allison reached through a crack and petted the dog's head.

"Is your owner home?"

Lucky barked again.

"He's not home, is he? I lost an earring here yesterday, Lucky. Can you help me find it?"

Suddenly, Lucky scratched at the ground, and the iron gate opened.

Allison was taken aback.

"Lucky."

Lucky seemed to be quite pleased with himself and cocked his head.

Meanwhile, at Lindbergh Corporation,

Lucian rubbed his forehead. He had just finished lunch. But due to a stomach ailment, he didn't eat much.

Shawn suddenly walked in, handing over a tablet.

"Mr. Lindbergh, there's something odd with the security system at Magnolia Gardens."

On the tablet, a live feed from Magnolia Gardens was displayed.

In front of the black wrought iron gate, Allison had barely stepped inside when Lucky suddenly grabbed her trousers and started to pull her in.

Lucian saw this scene.

The usually fearsome Alaskan Malamute was now dragging a skinny girl into Magnolia Gardens. She gave the dog's head a pat, and the Alaskan Malamute let out a loud bark.

Then Allison entered Magnolia Gardens.

A voice came through on the video, "Lucky, you're going to tear my pants!"

This huge Alaskan Malamute was behaving like a teddy bear, circling around her feet. She looked up, revealing a pretty face. Lucian squinted his eyes; it was Allison!

Shawn said, "Mr. Lindbergh, that's Allison."

Lucian replied, "I'm not blind; I can see."

Shawn was left speechless.

Allison followed the sound and looked up to see a monitor on the living room wall next to a speaker.

Her face instantly turned bright red.

Lucian had seen it all!

He watched as Allison's face turned cherry red in the video. He suddenly felt amused. He handed the tablet to Shawn and told him, "Go downstairs and wait for her."

Shawn understood.

Lucian took out a hexagram earring from his pocket.

Under the dim light, the tiny diamond sparkled.

Allison took a taxi to Lindbergh Corporation.

As soon as she entered the lobby, Shawn had already been waiting for some time. "Ms. Zimmer, follow me."

The female staff at the front desk widened their eyes.

This woman wasn't dressed extravagantly and didn't look like a rich lady. Yet Shawn was personally welcoming her!
