The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 201

Chapter 201
Jonathan had dark hair, tanned skin, and a beautifully lined neck. From Rosalie’s point of view, she could clearly see the shape of one of his ears and the lines on the side of his face.
Her eyes seemed to be unable to move away from looking at him. She even felt that his ears were much better looking than ordinary people’s.
When he straightened up and turned to face her, she felt as if something had suddenly hit her in the heart.
Moreover, with the help of the moonlight, his gaze looked as if there were silver ripples that were formed just like when peach blossom petals from a tree fell into a lake. His lips moved slowly and were like strings that constantly moved people’s
hearts.
At this moment, the entire world seemed to be empty. It was as if he was the only one who existed in her eyes.
Then, she saw his face getting closer to her. His facial features were very delicate. It was as if they were the heavens most elaborate masterpiece.
“What’s the matter?” She finally heard his voice.
After that, she shuddered and suddenly came back to her senses. Only then did she realize that she was captivated as she looked at him.
“Nothing… It’s nothing,” Rosalie hurriedly said.
“Since there’s nothing, let’s go back. If you want to see Tracy in the future, you can come here to visit at any time. Even if Gordon knows that Tracy is buried here, he’s not capable of taking Tracy’s urn elsewhere,” Jonathan said.
He reached out his hand to her as he spoke.
She was slightly stunned as she looked at the hand stretched out in front of her. She hesitated for a moment but in the end, she still took the initiative to place her hand into his hand. “Thank you.”
It was already the second time she thanked him that night.
The first time she thanked him was because he helped her find Tracy’s urn. This time around, she thanked him for helping her to do a proper burial for Tracy.
“If you really want to thank me so much, you’d better like me more,” he said.
Her breath hitched. She could not help but slightly blush. Then, she lowered her head and followed him all the way out of the cemetery.
When they got in the car, Rosalie looked out of the window at the cemetery that was gradually fading away. The heavy burden that had always been in her heart was slowly lifted.
From now on, Tracy would be kept there for a long time. Rosalie did not have to worry that Gordon would come and arrange
for a grave
relocation so that she could not find Tracy again.
All of these were done by Jonathan.
She thought, ‘Even if I mentioned before that I wanted to sever ties with him and avoid the entanglements between us, he’s still the one who actually helped me solve the problems.
He said that he wanted me to like him more.
But how serious is his love for me? Can I… really overcome the fear in my heart, the memory of being in prison for three years, and the gloominess that he had given me indirectly and then, fall in love with him?’
Without Rosalie knowing it, she was looking obsessively at Jonathan who was sitting beside her.
“What’s the matter? Why are you looking at me like that?” He looked at her with his beautiful and flirtatious eyes slightly crinkled.
“N-Nothing,” she stammered. It was because her heartbeat seemed to be accelerating again when he was looking at her. Moreover, she seemed unable to control her heart.
Subconsciously, she wanted to turn her head to avoid his gaze.
“Really?” He leaned over, grabbed her chin with his long fingers, and forced her to look at him. “But do you know it? When you looked at me just now, there seemed to be contradictions in your gaze. What’s the matter? What did I do to make you
feel in a dilemma?”
She seemed to be lost in thoughts for a brief moment when she looked at him as if she were very close to him. However, the next moment, her gaze seemed to return to its usual look of desperately wanting to leave him.
Nevertheless, unlike before, now it seemed that there was a struggling look in it.
For a moment, she did not know how to answer him. She merely blushed harder under his gaze.

“Why don’t you look at me? I want you to look at me, Rosie!” He leaned close to her and exhaled. She seemed to be bewitched by his voice. Her gaze subconsciously fell on his face again.
At this moment, the man was looking at her gently. It looked like there was a feeling of desire and attachment in his eyes.
His bangs were combed backward and revealed his full forehead. In her mind, his image seemed to be overlapping with the image of “Jon” in her memory.
Jon also looked at her like this before.
“Do you like me even a little?” His voice was heard resonating in her ear again.
A trace of guilt flashed across her face. She opened her mouth and wanted to deny it, but her words seemed to be stuck in
her throat.
“D-Do I like him?” she wondered.
Rosalie posed the question to herself. If he was Jon, maybe she would like him. Perhaps she would not just treat him like a younger brother. However, now he was Jonathan.
“You do like me.” His voice, with a touch of certainty, drifted into her ears.
It was as if her expression had given him the answer he wanted.
A smile appeared on his lips. The same smile spread into his eyes at the same time.
She only felt that his smile was so beautiful.
After they returned to the Youngblood residence, Rosalie followed Jonathan into the living room. Then, she suddenly said, “Well… You helped me so much today. H-How do you want me to repay you?”
After all, in this world, if there were no pains, there would be no gains. Even if he really wanted her to do something, she was supposed to do it.
He stopped in his tracks and turned to look at her. “How do you plan to repay me? Will you stay with me forever, or do you want to sleep with me?”
She bit her lips lightly and took a deep breath. When she was about to say that she could do it, his finger had already pressed against her lips. “Have you forgotten that you asked me if I wanted 10 million dollars before? I’ve told you that I don’t want it.”
Then, her breath hitched. She looked at him in confusion.
“Even if I can really have you this way, it’s not enough for me, you know? I want more than these things,” he said. His elegant voice was heard resonating in the living room.
“Then, what exactly does he want?” she mused to herself.
“I want you to like me. Not just a little bit, but I want you to love me very much.” He slowly bent down. His breath tickled her face. “I want you to like me very much, Rosie. I want you to like me until you can’t afford to lose me.”
Her heart suddenly trembled and beat fast. Even the blood in her entire body seemed to accelerate in response to his words. He gently stroked her face with his fingers. “Yes, now I can make you promise to stay with me forever, or I can just sleep with you directly. But what’s the point if you’re not willing to do it?”
