The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 658

Chapter 658

“You…” Rosalie blushed, gently biting her lower lip. A few strands of hair fell on her cheeks, and her elegantly beautiful face could give others a sense of peaceful wonder.

It was as if just looking at Rosalie quietly would make one’s heart calm down.

Jonathan looked at Rosalie obsessively, feeling delighted as he thought that Rosalie wanted him at this moment, and her blushing face and shyness were all because of him.

He wanted Rosalie to be more attracted to him, fall more in love, and be obsessed with him physically and mentally.

Perhaps only in this way would Jonathan be more at ease and even more certain that she would not leave him.

He thought, “Does she know how much I yearn for her? Does she know how much I’m attached to her?” Jonathan felt uneasy, wondering whether Rosalie could really fall back in love with him again one day and say the word “love” to him as clearly as before instead of only trying her best to love him again. “Rosalie, I love you,” Jonathan whispered the deepest words in his heart, loving Rosalie and wishing to spend his entire life doing so.

When Rosalie woke up the next day, she instantly blushed as she recalled everything from the previous night.

Last night, she seemed to be a little bold with her actions.

On the other hand, Jonathan looked so charming that Rosalie could finally understand why so many kings in ancient times would skip court or even give up their countries for beauty.

It turned out that sometimes, once a person was so fascinated with another person, they would seem out of control, physically and mentally, indulging in the gentleness of a sweet dream.

However, it seemed that Rosalie was getting along with Jonathan more like before, which she felt very warm about. The estrangement and deliberateness gradually diminished, and their interaction became more natural.

Both of them were starting over and developing toward the better side of their relationship. Rosalie’s married life was actually better than she thought.

“Your father and I will definitely give you a very warm home!” Rosalie lowered her head and spoke gently to her belly.

She still did not know the gender of the three babies in her belly, nor did she know what their would be like. She hoped that at least one child could look like Jonathan.

appearance

Perhaps loving one person meant they would also like their children and even want the children to look more like their loved ones.

However, she was looking forward to seeing the babies being born safely, no matter what.

In the next few days, Rosalie dealt with only Amelia’s custody case. Jonathan helped her find an expert lawyer who often fought custody lawsuits and had a high winning rate.

Rosalie also discussed the case with the lawyer several times. However, even if the lawyer was experienced, the rate of winning the case was only 20%. That was to say that there was an 80% chance of losing.

After all, the current evidence in this case held disadvantages for Amelia.

“Are we really out of ideas to raise the winning rate?” Rosalie asked, thinking that if she could not help Amelia turn the case over, she would feel particularly sad as if her heart was weighed down by something heavy.

Perhaps only those who had felt the weight of an unjust case pressing down on them could feel this

feeling.

“Unless we can prove that her case was a wrongful conviction,” the lawyer said.

Rosalie also knew the crux of this problem. After a moment of silence, she replied, “Okay, I’ll figure out a way.”

Now that things had come to this point, perhaps the only breakthrough could be the attending physician who performed the abortion on Irene after Irene fell down the stairs back then.

Rosalie suspected the physician because he resigned from his job shortly after Irene was discharged from the hospital and when Amelia was imprisoned.

After work, Jonathan came to pick Rosalie up. Rosalie said, “Jon, can you help me search for one more person?”

“Who is it?” he asked.

“The attending physician who performed the abortion on Irene back then,” said Rosalie.

Jonathan raised his eyebrows slightly. “You want to prove that Amelia was framed?”

“This is the only clue. This attending physician knew the details of the situation best at that time, and I bet that Irene was not pregnant at all back then and just faked a miscarriage. Or maybe the baby she was pregnant with wasn’t Warren’s!” Rosalie said.
