The Ceo’s Convict Wife by Jennifer Mike novel Chapter 725

Chapter 725

All of this was because… He loved her.

He loved her so much that he could not help it.

“Amelia, I love you!” At this moment, Warren finally said the words his heart had been harboring.

Amelia’s struggle suddenly stopped. In his arms, she remained as still and quiet as an obedient puppet.

He couldn’t help but hold her even tighter.

Warren embraced her as tightly as he did before. “I love you. In fact, I have always been in love with you, but I just didn’t dare to admit it. Did you know how worried I was when you pierced your abdomen with broken glass at that time? I even wished I was the one who got hurt.”

As a matter of fact, he should have known how much he loved her at that time.

“Amelia, I used to be blinded by hatred, but I won’t do it again. In the future, I will use everything I have to treat you well. I will also turn over the case for you to live the life that you want. Even if you want my liver, I will give it to you… I will give it all to you until you recover!”

He would risk his life to save her. As long as she could be saved, he could pay the price, no matter what it was.

Amelia was stunned when she heard this. It was only then that she figured out that Warren had known about her condition.

His liver… Once, she also had expectations, hoping that Warren would really be willing to save her. However, she later learned that she should never put any expectations on this man.

“I don’t love you.” A cold and indifferent voice gently rang out from the woman in Warren’s arms.

His body stiffened in an instant, and he felt as if his heartbeat had stopped.

“Warren, I don’t love you anymore. I really don’t.” Amelia raised her hands, pushed away from his embrace, and took two steps back.

Her eyes, which were looking indifferently at the man in front of her, were terribly calm.

“After all, you can sacrifice so-called love for revenge. And now, you tried desperately to make up for it and even admitted that you loved me just because I saved your life in the past. What’s so good about a love like yours? It’s just something that you can abuse at will.”

Warren’s face suddenly turned pale. “No… No… It’s not what you think. It’s not that…”

10:53

“Whether it is or not, it doesn’t matter anymore. Warren, I don’t care about your love, nor do I want it!” Amelia said faintly, “As for donating your liver, you don’t have to donate it to me because I once saved your life. For me, it’s maybe a good thing to have nothing that belongs to you in my body when I die. At least, we will have nothing to do with each other whether in our lives or deaths”

For her current condition, the chance of survival was very small, even if she really accepted his liver. Maybe she would die directly on the operating table.

In that case, it would be better to spend the last few months with her beloved family.

Warren seemed to be on the verge of collapsing, and her words were like an invisible hand pushing him hard down a cliff.

This was… what ultimate despair felt like.

It turned out that Amelia had hated him so much that she didn’t want to have anything that belonged to him on her, even if it meant death.

The love that he struggled to finally recognize was nothing for her anymore. What she wanted was to have nothing to do with him whether in life or death.

However, she was the person he loved the most, and the one he owed most in his life.

“Do you… Do you hate me so much?” Warren murmured, hoping to hear a negative answer from her.

However, what he heard was not what he expected, “Yes. Now, I just want to never see you again.”

“If… If I didn’t force you to kneel and bow down to Irene in front of the Fletcher family, would there still be room for us to turn around? Would you still be willing to forgive me if that didn’t happen?” His voice was so hoarse that he even choked

Yet, Amelia just looked at him with a cold expression.

Warren added, “The humiliation you suffered, I-I will compensate for them. I beg you, please, forgive me for all of them. At the very least, do not reject my liver donation.”

As Warren spoke, his knees fell to the ground heavily, resulting in him kneeling down in front of her.

Amelia’s eyes immediately widened, and she let out a quiet gasp before looking at the man in front of her in surprise.

She didn’t expect Warren to kneel down like this.

Then, she watched as Warren lowered his head to show respect directly to her… Once, twice… Three times…

The thumping sounds of his head hitting the ground reverberated.

Although few people would walk around the residential area at about 3 p.m.,

some people would still pass by the place occasionally. After seeing Warren on the ground, those people couldn’t help but stop to watch and guess what was happening.

Amelia didn’t know how many times Warren’s head hit the ground. It would be a lie to say that she was not surprised.
