The CEO's Hidden Love: Midnight Temptations and Deep Desires novel Chapter 1424

Dorothy hadn't taken her makeup this seriously in ages.

She used to dab on a little foundation, maybe swipe on some lipstick, but that was the extent of her beauty routine. After all, she considered herself more of a clumsy enthusiast in the art of makeup than a pro.

"Ms. Sanchez, you're absolutely stunning!"

The makeup artists had planned several looks for her, but once they saw Dorothy in person, those ideas seemed too garish. She was the type who only needed a touch of makeup; anything more would hide her natural beauty.

Blushing at the compliment, Dorothy chuckled, "Well, I'm a mom of a few kids now. I can't really compete with you young folks."

"Ms. Sanchez has kids?"

The makeup artist paused, surprised. Dorothy looked young enough to be mistaken for a college student if not for her professional attire. Her beauty wasn't loud or flashy; it was subtly captivating.

"Yes," she smiled, her hand instinctively resting on her belly, a glow of happiness evident on her face. "And I'm expecting our third little one soon."

"That's wonderful. They must be adorable."

Talking about her children was a topic Dorothy could go on about forever. She shared stories about Abigail and Langston while the stylists worked on her look. When she showed them pictures on her phone, the makeup artists gathered around, cooing over them.

One of them recognized Langston, "That little boy, he looks just like... the Lopez Corporation CEO! I saw him at an event a while back. He's as handsome as your son!"

Dorothy smiled, "Could it be because my husband is Everett?"

"...The CEO of the Lopez Corporation is married?"

Dorothy paused, surprised by the question.

"Weren't you sent by Everett for my makeup?"
