Aurora was fuming and decided to just drop it!

Duncan's smile widened, his eyes crinkling, "This place is actually part of my portfolio, owned by a friend of mine. The moment Fleur said you’d honor me with your company for a meal, my first thought was to bring you here to try this dish!"

"Seems like you have a knack for knowing what girls like."

"Well, not all, but Fleur did mention you have a sweet tooth."

"She even told you that? Then it seems she really hasn’t stopped talking about me."

"Exactly! So, besides the roses, I've also prepared another gift for you." Duncan reached for a beautifully wrapped box on another chair, presenting her with exquisite chocolates, "These were brought back from France, I’ve tried them before - very rich and sweet. Give them a try."
