That was honestly the only kind of news she could imagine her mom calling her about. She doubted it was anything to do with The Lopez Corporation landing another big contract—work stuff just wasn’t her thing.
Dorothy chuckled. “You’re half right! Felicity’s pregnant. So now your brother really needs to get his act together and set a date.”
Aurora’s eyes went wide. “Wait, seriously? Felicity’s pregnant? Did she see the doctor yet?”
“She did. The doctor confirmed it, and that’s when she told me.”
“That’s amazing! Felicity can finally stop stressing over it.”
It was a massive relief for everyone—especially the Lopez family. But, honestly, their main concern wasn’t about family legacy or anything like that. They just wanted Felicity to feel okay again.
