The CEO’S Unplanned Heir novel (Aurelia and Leopold) novel Chapter 1125

"Alright!" Leopold couldn't help but feel a rush of joy. He'd been itching to get Aurelia to the doctor, but she was adamant it was just a hormonal imbalance, always insisting her period was just around the corner.

Now, Aurelia was a bit nervous. They had sex in a safe period. Besides, they just had sex just one time. If she were pregnant, it would defy all logic.

In addition, Leopold’s sperm couldn't be that potent to make it on the first try.

Kane grinned, "Is Mom going to have a baby sister for me?"

Jessica chuckled, "We don't know yet if it's going to be a little brother or sister."

Aurelia was at a loss for words. If she was indeed pregnant, it would be like opening a mystery box. If it was another son, was she doomed to a life without a daughter?

Leopold saw the worry in her eyes and wrapped an arm around her shoulder, "Honey, don't worry. Odds are it's a daughter."

Aurelia gave him a sideways glance, "How would you know?"

He arched an eyebrow, "It's up to the man to decide the sex of the baby. How could I not know the strength of my seed?"

Aurelia went silent. If he could really control his own seed, that would make him some sort of superman.

Nina babbled playfully, "We have three girls and two boys in the family now. The boys are outnumbered. Aunt Aurelia, maybe you should have a little brother to balance it out. Otherwise, four girls and two boys, that's quite off balance."

Sweat beaded on Aurelia's forehead. Although there were fewer boys, she had birthed them all.

While there were more girls, none were her daughter.

Mira cooed, "Just have twins, one boy and one girl. That would be perfect."

Jessica smiled, "Having twins would be amazing. The Stirling family has never had twins before."

At the dinner table, only William remained silent. He already had a darling little sister, Nova. He wasn't excited about the prospect of a baby brother, so he had nothing to contribute to the conversation.

William complained, "Adults are such a hassle, always getting married and having kids. When I grow up, I want to be just like Skyler, stay a kid forever and avoid all the trouble."

Aurelia pulled a face, "Your sperms weren't affected after all."

Leopold was speechless, "You were hoping they'd be affected?"

Aurelia pouted, "Of course not. But I didn't want to leave it to chance. I had a plan, you know. Three months of preparation to get my pH balance just right to ensure a baby girl. And now, it's all up in the air."

Leopold hugged her shoulders, "There's still a fifty-fifty chance. Trust in my abilities. I'll make sure you get your wish."

In Aurelia's perspective, his history of fathering sons seemed to stack the deck against her.

If this was their last shot, she'd have to come to terms with whatever the outcome.

Women who had too many children often lost their figure and aged faster.

She had no intention of aging prematurely or being cast aside by her dashing husband.
