Sipping on her smoothie, Jelena suddenly remembered something and murmured, “There’s a high–profile party tomorrow. Would you like to come with me?” 

Aurelia shook her head, “I’m pregnant, and I can’t drink or dance, so I should probably pass.” 

Jelena gave her a reassuring pat on the shoulder, “Don’t worry. It’s a simple gathering. We’ll just chat, nibble on some appetizers, and maybe play some board games. As you’re about to marry into the Stirling family, you should familiarize yourself with the crowd.” 

Jolin chimed in with a smile, “Jelena’s got a point. You should go. As long as you avoid intense activities, you’ll be fine.” 

“Alright,” Aurelia gave a slight nod, feeling a bit hot, and she loosened her scarf. 

The love bite on her neck was exposed. 

Jolin noticed it right away and asked anxiously, “Aurelia, your neck’s all red. Did you have an allergic reaction?” 

Aurelia suddenly remembered the love bite left by Leopold and quickly tied back her scarf, “I think something bit me yesterday, and it turned red after I scratched it.” 

Jelena caught her strange move. Sitting closer, she had a better view than Jolin. 

It certainly looked like… 

In disbelief, she took a sip of her juice, keeping her thoughts to herself. 

Aurelia may have had another man besides Arnold. 

Arnold was the man who was adored by the most prestigious women, celebrities, and supermodels. He was unrivaled, and the only one who could surpass him was his brother, Mr. Leopold. 

She didn’t think Aurelia would cheat on Arnold and ruin her perfect marriage. 

She picked up her glass and took a sip of the juice, keeping all her thoughts in her heart without uttering a single word. 

Jolin, oblivious to the situation, advised, “Pick up some calamine lotion on your way home, and it’s safe for pregnant women.” 

“Sure,” Aurelia nodded. 

The next day after work, Aurelia and Jelena headed to the party. It’s a popular gathering spot for the upper crust. 

Upon entering, they ran into Fredric. 

Aurelia knew he’d be there. High society had their exclusive circles, outsiders could only get in if they were invited. 

Seeing Aurelia, he greeted her with a smile, “Never thought I’d become an uncle so soon.” 

Among the Stirling brothers, he was the only one married, hence they didn’t have nieces or nephews. 

Aurelia blushed, “That’s the beauty of life, and you never know what’s going to happen next.” 

Just as they sat down, Leopold and Evelyn strolled in. 

Aurelia was in the middle of sipping her juice and almost choked.
