Leopold grunted dismissively, "She doesn't need your help. Megan is a real thorn in the side, and a few hard knocks might bring her around. If she has the gall to cross the line again, she'll get served her just desserts."

Tanya choked on her words, noting that Leopold had completely disregarded Megan by now. It was threatening Megan’s life, so she wouldn't dare withhold the antibiotics.

Leopold snorted, "Chad is no match for me. The women by my side are all in love with me, obedient and devoted. Only Megan, that harpy, not only is she not good-looking, but she's got a nasty temper too. Women who can't get along with my darlings, I just kick them to the curb."

Tanya was speechless.

Leopold replied seriously, "She has a child with Arnold too, and you know my history with Arnold. That makes it hard for me to trust her completely. Lana would do anything for me, and I can trust her a hundred percent. Aurelia can't compete with that."
