Chapter 87 I’ll Ruin Her!
Actually, I am, Josiah admitted inwardly.
He continued, “Lysanne, our life together hasn’t turned out how I expected. My mother has been unwell lately, so I returned to our old house to spend time with her. We both need some time to reconsider our relationship.”
However, Lysanne ignored his explanation and asked, “So, you’re at the old house now?”
Josiah affirmed, “Yes.”
Persisting with her questions, Lysanne asked, “Are you alone?”
“Yes, I am,” Josiah confirmed.
Lysanne seemed satisfied with his answer and accused, “Then why did you lie to me earlier? Were you trying to make me jealous?”
Josiah chuckled, responding. “Believe what you want.
Yet Lysanne wasn’t appeased. She warned Josiah, “Though jealousy can sometimes be a pleasure between a couple, I want to make it clear that you cannot be romantically involved with any other woman. If you do, don’t blame me for overreacting.
“You’ve replaced all the female secretaries and employees around me. Who else could I be involved with?” Josiah complained, his tone becoming unpleasant.
Lysanne confidently asserted, “Your ex-wife. I won’t feel at case if you haven’t officially divorcer. Josiah, I’m possessive, and you belong to me now. No one can take you away from me, no m is.”
Josiah became alert and asked, “What do you want?”
Unfazed, Lysanne continued, “What are you afraid of I promise not to harm her if you behave. I don’t, I’ll destroy her!”
Josiah exclaimed, “She hasn’t done anything wrong! Lysanne, be reasonable!”
Lysanne stated, “I’m simply trying to be reasonable here. Also, I’ll contact Leo for a ride later. As I’m now considered a part of the Guerra family, it’s my duty to take care of your mother’s emotional and physical well-being…
Josiah urgently interrupted, “You shouldn’t come over. Mom isn’t feeling well.”
Lysanne insisted, “No, I’ll have to face her sooner or later. I must go today.”
Josiah exclaimed, “Lysanne! Can you please consider other people’s needs? Mom isn’t feeling well and needs rest. You’re not a doctor! Being here won’t help and it might disturb her.”

Chapter 87 III Ruin Her!
“You…” Josiah began, only to be interrupted by Lysanne. She stated, “Just cut it out, Josiah. No one can change my decision. I will call Leo now.”
“Hello…” Josiah reluctantly called out.
Beep, beep, beep. The phone beeped as Lysanne abruptly ended the call, leaving Josiah frustrated and angrily running his hands through his hair.
“Is she coming?” Susan asked, noticing her son’s distress.
Josiah turned around to find his mother had already left the study. His expression was sorrowful as he apologized, “Mom, I’m sorry.”
Susan didn’t respond, instead calling out loudly, “Eleanor!”
Eleanor quickly ran over to Susan with her apron, looking confused. She asked, “What’s wrong, Madam
Susan responded coldly, “Pack my things. I’m going to stay at a hotel for a few days.”

Update pls~...
Why no update ???...
Chapters 692 693 ans 694 are impossible to read. Not sure if there was an issue with translation.but the words do not make sense..impossible to follow story line...
I cant get over the fact that the writer is trying to show as if the male lead has committed a grave sin. First he didnt know she was pregnant because she never told him. Second right from the start she never communicated anything. She was unbothered even during her marriage. I am not saying the male lead is great but atleast he seems like a human with emotions unlike her. And there is no context for why she is so emotionless....
The female lead is not charming but an unbothered b word, there is a very big difference. There is no point of extending this story at all because even if you write 1000+ chapters at 1001 the male lead would still be doing everything for her and she wouldnt bat an eye even if someone killed him. I mean honestly either the start should have been written better where we do understand that she was deeply affected because of her divorce or just STOPPPPP. Even for fiction it is annoying....
