"When did this happen?" Maxwell gritted his teeth, unable to believe that his most trusted son, Henry, would side with Charles.

"You knew what happened between Charlie and Kelly back then. You also know that Noelle looks just like Kelly. Why didn't you stop it? And that woman, she's clearly with an agenda. If Charlie is acting recklessly, are you going to do the same?"

Henry frowned. "Dad, Charlie is serious about Noelle. This has nothing to do with Kelly."

"How do you know? I think he's doing it on purpose." Just the thought of Noelle sharing the same face as Kelly made Maxwell feel deeply uncomfortable.

"I've spent time with Noelle. She's a good kid. Charlie has his reasons for choosing her. He knows what he wants, and he's not someone without sense."

"I don't think he knows anything at all!" Maxwell's frustration boiled over as he began to suspect that Charles had planned this all along. "Are you saying they're really married?"

Henry nodded. "Yes, Charlie told me they are."

Maxwell clutched his chest, feeling a sharp pain of frustration. He shot a glare at Mateo, saying, "This is the son you raised!"

Mateo also felt conflicted about Charles' actions. He had once favored Kelly as a match for Charles, but after what happened three years ago, he gave up on the idea. However, he never expected Charles to choose someone like Noelle.

"Henry, are you certain that Charlie is married to Noelle? How long have they been married? And you and Nancy both knew?"

Henry nodded again. "I found out a few months ago. They were already married by then. It must have been at least six months now. If you don't believe me, Dad, you can have someone investigate. You should be able to find their marriage records."

Maxwell struggled to contain his anger, his chest rising and falling with each breath. "Investigate it. Find out everything."
