Sunlight came late and lingered for a short time, keeping the area in perpetual darkness and damp cold. 

Robin commanded Simmond and Alfonso to construct the Star Troopers‘ main base two miles to the northwest of Dark Woods. 

This order left all the elite members of the Star Troopers confused. 

They believed the main base should be built near the realm master’s territory.

It would be the most appropriate place for the command center.
