More importantly, Floyd just planted a seed of doubt in his heart from the diary that Selena showed him.
It was not until he saw the final result of the police investigation that he realized how heinous his brother was.
Noah killed two people just like that and did not feel any remorse.
Floyd called everyone over because he had something to say.
He held a short family meeting and even invited Chatty and Levi to participate.
The family sat in the living room, huddled together.
Floyd looked solemn.
“Children, Noah’s case has been concluded. We have done everything we can. Eric hasn’t responded so far, which is the best reaction. At least, our family can stay out of it. Nicole, are your people still following Charles Ferguson?”
Nicole stroked her chin and nodded.
“I was afraid that Eric would do something crazy, so I had to have something on him.”
“Okay. Recall your people. We’re at fault first, so don’t make things worse.”
Nicole nodded.
Floyd pursed his lips. “Noah only enjoys the dividends from the shares. I asked him to use it for his old age, but I’m afraid he won’t be able to use it now. Although the shares transfer contract he signed with Eric was not legally binding, I don’t think Noah should keep the shares anymore. I want to give the dividends to Selena. What do you think?”
Selena was Noah’s biological daughter. From whichever aspect, she was most suited to take over the dividends.
She also deserved it.
Selena was also a Stanton.
This was a fact.
Selena had been wronged, and Floyd wanted to compensate her.
Although they were unaware, no one was as innocent as Selena, who was the victim of this tragedy.
Nicole nodded thoughtfully.
“I don’t have an objection, but I’m afraid Uncle Noah’s wife won’t agree.”
Jade Smith was not a simple woman.
Kai sneered.
“Yeah. I think we should just do this secretly. Just legalize the share transfer contract and give the shares to Selena through Eric.”
Grant frowned. He pondered for a moment and said solemnly, “Dad, why hasn’t Jade come forward since Uncle Noah’s conviction?”
As soon as he said this, the living room fell silent.
No one had much of an opinion about the transfer of Noah’s shares to Selena.
Noah did not have any right to participate or make decisions on the board, so those shares were not important.
It was just for sharing of the dividends. Rather than giving the dividends to someone like Jade, it would be better if the money was given to Selena.
Mr. Anderson came inside.
“Chairman, Noah’s wife is here.”
Everyone was slightly surprised.
Speak of the devil.
Jade wasted no time at all.
Kai snorted coldly. “Look, she’s here now!”
Floyd looked a little upset.
They asked Noah to divorce Jade back then. It was a pity that they did not manage to get a divorce.
Jade also settled down for a while.
Nicole frowned speechlessly.
“Ask her to leave. Didn’t she create enough trouble back then? Who does she think she is?”
Kai followed suit and nodded. “That’s right! It’s Uncle Noah’s business whether to divorce Jade, but it’s our business whether we want to recognize her as our relative.”
Mr. Anderson was still standing there waiting for a reply.
Floyd paused and waved his hand.
“Forget it. Let her in first. Let’s see what she wants.”
The butler nodded.
Jade hurried in soon after.
She was decked out in branded apparel and had a full face of makeup.

The readers' comments on the novel: The Divorced Billionaire Heiress
I liked this book and wanted to read it. As I have moved into the chapters, I have found that it is unreadable due to typographical errors, including sentences that are incomplete, complete gibberish, missing elements. This is not just some misspelled words. It is actually unreadable. If you decide to fix this, let me know and I will read it....
