The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 2162

Camilla nuzzled Bella’s cheek and whined, “When will you save us both a headache? Stop putting yourself in danger.”

“This is the last time. I won’t do it again.” Bella stuck her tongue out cheekily.

“I can’t let you stay at the hotel, so you’re staying with us. Only the palace and the president’s house are the safest.” Edward smiled tenderly, still the elegant gentleman he was.

His few strands of silver hair were a testament to the countless hours he had spent laboring and worrying as the leader of a nation.

“Edward suggested you stay with us, and I can’t agree more.”

Camilla looked lovingly at her husband. “Edward doesn’t show it, but he misses you all.”

Touched, Bella sniffled. “Thank you, Edward.”

Justin was moved. “I appreciate your concern, Edward.”

“We’re family. Now is the time we should be there for one another more than ever.” Edward drew close, hugged his wife, and looked deep into her eyes.

Though they had been married for a long time, they remained in love just as the first time they got together.

“I’m so envious of your marriage, Camilla.”

Asher sipped on tea and smiled widely. “Dad and Aunt Mila have been worried since you moved to Sentania. At least I can go back and tell them that they have nothing to worry about.”

“Camilla is the love of my life.”

Despite his power, Edward remained humble. Like always, he treated the Thompsons with respect. “I will always remember the butterflies in my stomach when I first met her. I remember everything we went through during our relationship and marriage. I will always remember it and cherish Camilla.”

Camilla, the first wife of Sentania, blushed and snuggled in Edward’s arms.

No matter how high he rose, Edward remained true to Camila.

Justin pursed his lips, feeling the burden as the Thompsons’ next son-in-law.

“Please put in a good word for me once you get back to Hatchbay and see your parents. Edward grinned embarrassedly. Even in his forties, Edward still had a lot to learn about love.

Asher nodded in relief and teased, “Of course. You can count on me, Mr. President.”
