“It has to be them. I can’t think of anyone else who would want to harm Yvonne,” Justin said.

Bella’s voice quivered as she said, “Yvonne had been working for Christopher for years and probably went to Meridan multiple times to meet up with the Boss, who’s actually Grant.

“Grant refused to see anyone besides Christopher. But after all those encounters, some signs would inevitably be left behind. Yvonne likely figured out that Grant is the Boss, and Grant probably recognized Yvonne despite her changed appearance from plastic surgery.”

Justin’s expression darkened as he said, “So, to get rid of any risks, he decided to silence her and wipe out all evidence.”

Bella’s eyes glistened with tears as she spoke, “But we’ve already seen through his facade and the shady things he’s done. Why would he still go after Yvonne?”

Justin’s expression grew cold. “Because Drew cares deeply for Yvonne. She has become part of the Thompson family, like one of your own.”

“He doesn’t only want to silence her. He wants to use her as leverage against you and Drew.”
