Grady found himself momentarily speechless, unsure of what comforting words to offer. He was taken aback by the thought that the usually decisive Keir could have such an awkward moment.
"Maybe you could come over and... quietly check things out?" Grady hesitated, almost saying "sneak."
"Do I really need to sneak around to keep an eye on my niece?" Keir scoffed coldly before abruptly hanging up.
Sneak? Quietly observe?? What a laugh!
Hearing the abrupt end of the call, Grady sighed to himself. "Such a tsundere," he thought, slipping his phone back into his pocket. As he turned to head back to the arrivals area, he caught sight of a familiar figure not too far off.
The person carried an air of cool elegance, and even with a black mask covering their face, Grady recognized them immediately. He squinted, feeling a sudden wave of irritation. Miss Mira was still so young; why were there always people with questionable intentions hovering around her?
His fingers twitched in his pocket, but instead of approaching, he pulled out his phone and made a call. The subordinate who had been waiting at the arrivals area discreetly moved away.

James stood at the arrivals area, scanning the crowd before checking his phone. It was a message from Wyatt. After a quick read, he simply replied with "Got it," and left it at that.
As he slipped his phone away, a shadow loomed over him. James looked up to find a man in a sharp suit, exuding a sense of danger.
"James, our boss would like to see you," the man said, polite but firm, gesturing for him to follow.
James's eyes narrowed slightly, but then he noticed a subtle emblem on the man's lapel. His initial cool demeanor softened. "Right now?"
