He was elated. The sports games‘ timing was impeccable. 

“If we can hold some games on the water, the city’s fame will skyrocket!” 

He rubbed his hands excitedly, already envisioning the city’s future. 

“Once the city is famous, the GDP will rise!” 

Stephen immediately contacted the mayor of Aqua City, informing the man of his upcoming visit. 

The sports game was crucial to Aqua City, and he needed to oversee the plans personally. More importantly, he wanted them to build the event platform directly on the water! 

Stephen thought. “While the athletes compete hard in the water, the audience can cheer on them from the shore. It’ll be a beautiful scene. 

After the call with the mayor, he felt a subtle change within himself. He realized he had. matured. He had come up with a brilliant plan so effortlessly and even contacted the mayor promptly. 

Then, he suddenly thought of Ethan, who had always been calm. 

“If I see him again, I won’t lose my cool. Two defeats have made me stronger. 

In terms of presence and composure, he felt confident that he could rival Ethan. 

“Though it would be some time before we meet again, Ethan Rivers.” 

After all, he was starting to get busy. 

Later in the afternoon, Simon sent him a script and requested him to apologize to the public again. 

The script read, “I’m sorry I have failed the people who trusted me. There won’t be a next time. Let us work together for a better future… 

The apology was just a standard operating procedure and nothing sincere. It was to reduce prejudice toward Stephen and make a more favorable impression on others.
