However, since the area was close to the tourist spots, the prices of apartments were quite high, comparable to those in the city center. 

The housing price was set at 50 thousand dollars per square meter, while office spaces started at 30 thousand per square meter, with rental prices at ten dollars per square meter per day and a minimum one–year lease.
