Outside Optimus Clinic, a man in a cap stepped into an empty comer to make a phone call.
“Mr. Lake, the Carver family has admitted Michael into Optimus Clinic. It’s been ten minutes, and there’s still no activity at Optimus Clinic,” The man quickly muttered.
Then, the man nodded repeatedly and replied, “Yes, yes, I understand. I’m watching here. If anything happens, I’ll inform you immediately!”
After hanging up the phone, the man returned to Optimus Clinic, disguised as a patient. However, he kept looking into Optimus Clinic, constantly observing the situation inside.
“It’s your turn. What’s your problem?”
The patients in front of the man finished their treatment at some point.
The sudden sound startled the man. He hurriedly withdrew his gaze and looked at the doctor before him.
The doctor was one of the five apprentices Jagoan had accepted that day. His name was Justin Logan. Out of the five, he was only the third most skilled doctor, but he was also much better than most doctors in hospitals.
Justin carefully looked at the man in front of him and frowned slowly.
The man in front of him was perfectly normal in every aspect. Justin could not tell what disease the man was suffering.
With his scalp tingling under Justin’s gaze, the man quickly said, “Well… Doctor… I’ve been having trouble in that department lately…”
The man deliberately looked embarrassed to fool Justin and not let Justin notice that he was there for a different purpose.
