Ophelia seemed to be clingy to him.She followed him everywhere, like a shadow. It was not until the day before the wedding that Alan sent her back to her parents' home that they finally separated. Xenia thought the opportunity was coming. She followed his car a long way. He seemed to wander aimlessly on the street. At a quiet intersection, she stepped on the gas pedal and rushed to the front of the car to block his car.
Alan was a good driver. He stopped within a centimetre of her car. He was no stranger to her face, and when she got out of the car, the window of his car was opened,"Mrs. Boswell, what do you mean?”
He seemed extremely unhappy, his face was cold like frost.
"I'm looking for you to make a deal." She came straight to the point and didn't want to talk nonsense.
"Not interested in that," Alan said coldly, driving the car backwards.
"What about Olive?"
The car suddenly stopped, quietly parked, black like a cloud with rage.
But her bet was right.
As soon as she got into his car, she rummaged all over.
Alan frowned,"What are you doing?"
"See if your car has a bug or something."Xenia played bumb. She didn’t know whether he trusted Ophelia or not.
“What do you mean?”
Alan's face was so bad,but his interest was successfully hoisted by her, so it seemed to be hopeful.
“Your fiancee was so great. She can even turn your own daughter into a non-blood relation. If she knows that I meet you, she will definitely retaliate against me and pick on Olive."
Before she could finish her sentence, he seized her pretended searching hand.
The man's hands were not hands but iron tongs, and she could not pull her hand out.She was in pain like a broken bone and pale.
“Loosen me!”
"What do you know?" Alan could't suppress the sound of his heartbeat. Is this just every cloud has a silver lining?
To be on the safe side and in case someone perpetrated a fraud, before the paternity test he secretly sent another test under the name of Dave. But the results disappointed him.
