[System Comment: You're beginning to comprehend how to savor life, and you even managed to save your first girl! You act like a normal guy, even though you're still a virgin. It looks like you're really into women, huh?]

"What the heck!" Arthur exclaimed in disbelief, staring at the comments displayed on the screen.

Like any other man, Arthur desired wealth, fame, and women; it was a common ambition. He was determined to attain anything he wanted in life. To this end, he had chosen Edna as his assistant, requiring someone he could trust and rely on.

Arthur noticed that his total balance in the account was reflected in the system, as well as the name of his partner. Astonished, he observed that Edna's percentage had risen from 55% to 65% in a matter of minutes.

Arthur earned 10 VIP points, but he didn't pay much attention to it, preferring to focus on other things instead.

Arthur was taken aback by Edna's appearance but also by her ability to work well despite the harsh treatment she had been receiving from her boss. This drew a connection between them and motivated Arthur to recruit her even more.

"Edna," he said, "I'll soon be giving you a big assignment so make sure you're prepared. Don't worry though, if it seems too difficult you can get as much help as you need. I just want you to be my main assistant and to understand my needs and fulfill them."

Arthur wanted to make sure Edna understood her role. She was familiar with how the business worked and hoped that she could help Arthur manage the business if he bought it.

"Mr. Gardner," Edna reassured him, "you don't have to worry. I won't let you down. I went to school for management accounting, so I'm quite knowledgeable in the field of management. I've also taken courses in business. You can count on me to do most of the things you need; I'll make sure you don't buy a cat in a sack." She wanted to make sure that he knew she was committed to faithfully serving him and that he would never regret giving her such an incredible opportunity.

"Mr. Gardner," said Bob, swallowing hard. "Mr. Charless has informed me that he is offering 30 billion USD if you want to purchase the business. You can add the 10 billion USD you paid earlier, and the transfer process will be done immediately. In no time, all of this business will be yours."

Bob felt as though his life was over. He had just insulted the man in front of him, and now he was going to lose everything he had worked for his whole life.
