Chapter 336 Spare No One
After everyone had left, Stephanie finally dared to ask, “What’s the matter with you? Did Elias figure it out? Did they really move her out in a suitcase?”
Crispin didn’t say a word and only furrowed his eyebrows.
Seeing his expression, Stephanie grew even more anxious and shoved him. “Say something! Is that the case?”
“It is…”
“What?! What if Elias finds out? If he traces it back to you, he’ll only blame me! Are trying to drag me down or help me?”

Stephanie was on the verge of breaking down. Even if it was indeed Crispin who did it, Elias would vent all his fury on her. She couldn’t even imagine how Elias would punish her.
“Stephanie, calm down! They won’t trace it back to me. I don’t know those people at all, so they won’t find any connection to me, let alone implicate you.” Crispin grabbed her shoulders and shook her hard, trying to get her to calm down.
“So, what do we do now?” She was truly terrified of being seen through by Elias.
Crispin reassured her, “We have to follow them now. We can’t let him notice anything unusual, or he will soon suspect us. Don’t forget that Elias already isn’t pleased with you.”
Meanwhile, Amanda found herself curled up inside a suitcase, dazed and confused. Two men. lifted the suitcase she was in and placed it in a car before driving away from the hotel.
No one knew where they were taking her.
“This chick’s quite the looker. Should we…”
“Don’t even think about it. Our only concern is money. Once we have it, you can have any woman you desire. Don’t let your lust jeopardize the plan.”
“Yes, yes. You’re right, Hunter.”
Vaguely, Amanda could hear their conversation even though she was in the suitcase. She wanted to struggle, but she had no strength left in her body. She could only allow them to take her away.
She managed to open her eyes with great difficulty, but everything was pitch black. As she

tried to cry out, she realized her mouth was covered with duct tape. The drugs had taken effect and rendered her powerless, and the next moment, she slipped into unconsciousness.
An hour later, the two men arrived at a small rundown motel with Amanda and brought her
into a room.
One of the men then instructed, “Bring that woman out. We’ll be in trouble if she suffocates. The boss especially reminded us not to harm her in any way.”
“Alright, Hunter. But who is this woman? That hotel we were just at was no ordinary place. Only the wealthy and influential can go to that hotel.” As he spoke, he opened the suitcase.
“Who knows? I don’t care. I just want the money,” Hunter replied as he took a cigarette and lit it.
The man proceeded to pull Amanda out of the suitcase and blindfold her before placing her on the bed.
While moving Amanda to the bed, he couldn’t help but be tempted by her attractive figure. He scanned her from head to toe, and his saliva almost dripped from his mouth.
Hunter swiftly covered Amanda with a blanket, putting a stop to any bad intentions his younger partner had. “Forget it,” he growled. “She’s not someone you can touch. Listen to me -once we have the money, you can find any woman you want. Just not her.”
Only then did the man avert his gaze and put on a playful smile. “I understand, Hunter. Are you hungry? How about I go out and get you some food?”
“Go ahead. Just don’t get caught.”
“Aye.”
On the other side, inside the hotel’s surveillance room.
Everyone was carefully examining the surveillance footage frame by frame. Since many guests had left the hotel with their suitcases tonight, they had no clue where to begin their investigation.
Crispin and Stephanie stood at the back nervously while their eyes remained fixed on the surveillance screens. Truth be told, Crispin had no idea what the person who took Amanda away looked like; he had only been in contact with the middleman.
As for the person who would carry out the final act, he knew nothing about them.
Stephanie also stood anxiously on the side, afraid that Elias would notice any slip-ups and

immediately suspect her.
She didn’t know why she was so afraid, but she felt like she was looking at the Grim Reaper when she looked at Elias’ back. She was scared that he would suddenly turn around and end her life right there and then.
Elias placed both hands on the control panel as he stared at the dozens of surveillance screens. Every person seemed suspicious to him. As they didn’t know where to start, they would have to investigate their suspects one by one.
“Start investigating. Look into all of them.”
“That’s a huge task, Mr. Winters,” Yacob mentioned. “I’m afraid we won’t have any news for tonight. Ten guests left with suitcases during the time Miss Bailey disappeared. Do we have to investigate them all?”
“Yes. Do not overlook even one person. She only wanted to prevent Amanda from attending tonight’s banquet. It shouldn’t be a matter of life or death for her, so yes, investigate them.
too.”
Elias had made his first guess. Considering how Stephanie would be the one who had the most to gain tonight if Amanda was absent, it was likely that she was behind all this.
But he didn’t have time to deal with her now; he had to find Amanda first.
