The Lord Mayor Falls in Love with Me novel Chapter 381

It was a sunny day.

Joey sat on the swing in the backyard garden of the Charles family. She was swinging gently and quietly, looking at the people on the green grass in the distance. The old man still sat in the wheelchair, and the young girl had become a beautiful woman. She was still wearing a pure white dress, but she no longer looked as pure and simple as she used to be.

Sharon saw that Joey was looking at her when she took a walk with William, who sat in the wheelchair. She thought for a while and then bent down to talk to William gently, "William, the flowers over there are so beautiful, I want to pick some flowers back. Could you stay here and wait for me here?"

"OK."

William answered her.

Sharon turned William in the opposite direction so that he couldn't see Joey, and then she walked towards Joey.

"You did it last night, right?"

Joey came straight to the point after Sharon got close to her.

"Yes."

Sharon didn't deny it. On the contrary, she admitted it and she was neither humble nor pushy. So Joey didn't know what she was thinking about.

Joey frowned and she felt that Sharon was strange. After a while, she said coldly, "You couldn't hurt Allen. You should know that I won't allow anyone to hurt him. If you dare to hurt him, I won't forgive you. In the Charles family, only George and Paige have hurt you. As the saying goes, no debts without creditors. So I think you should take revenge on them, but you can't hurt any other people who are innocent."

"OK, I got it. I won't do that again. I didn't expect Allen to be involved yesterday. I didn't do it on purpose."
