It was too dim in the palace, so Rocky used his spiritual power to produce a flame to illuminate his path. However, what he saw was just endless darkness. Soon enough, the flame in his hand was extinguished. After that, he tried to produce a flame several more times, but the result was just the same.

"This is a strange place indeed! I have to be careful!" Rocky could not help but mutter to himself. He gave up on producing a flame and moved forward in the darkness.

After he struggled in the darkness for a while, his eyes gradually adapted to the darkness. He could already vaguely see his surroundings. Of course, it was only a very vague outline, but it was better than seeing nothing.

Looking around carefully, Rocky felt that he must be in a passageway because there were blurry shadows of pillars on both of his sides. He also noticed that the passageway seemed to extend downwards towards the underground. Although it was a gentle slope, he could still feel that he was being pulled by gravity.

About an hour later, Rocky finally saw a vague icy blue light shining not too far from him. The light looked like it was coming from an ice lamp. He immediately quickened his pace.

They seemed endless in his point of view, just like an underground ice kingdom. It was obvious that some clan had lived here before, but it probably was not the Snow Master Clan. From what Cyrus had said before, it seemed that most members of the Snow Master Clan did not know this place's existence. Even if they knew, they must have been very afraid of this place just like Cyrus.

'What in the world is this place?' Rocky thought in surprise.

He looked around at the endless underground ice kingdom. The more he looked at it, the more he dared not to be careless even though the place looked very calm. Based on his experience, a place like this might be a forbidden place.

Rocky summoned Ken and Uriah for additional protection. As soon as they were out, the three beasts surrounded Rocky immediately.

"Ken, I’m counting on you now." The nine colored pearls were spiritual treasures with strong spiritual energy, and Ken could easily sense anything that had spiritual energy. So, the hunt for the seventh colored pearl would heavily depend on Ken.

Ken raised its head proudly and let out a loud roar. It slowly looked around, then suddenly ran. Rocky and Uriah followed it closely.

However, Rocky suddenly felt a few strong auras after only a short while. The auras he felt were like the auras of supernatural beasts. However, he did not see any supernatural beasts anywhere, but he could tell that those auras were very close to him.

"Wait, could it be..." Rocky's face froze instantly, and he ordered Ken to stop.

The crystal deer horns on the top of Ken's head immediately emitted a strong spiritual light which illuminated the entire area. In an instant, several ghost-like beast shadows appeared.

"They are indeed Soul-shadow Beasts. I did not expect that there are also rare Soul-shadow Beasts here. These must be Shadow Beasts..." Rocky immediately recognized several Soul-shadow Beasts and became extremely vigilant. The Soul-shadow Beasts had no physical body.
