CHAPTER 20: The Pleasure

LILIAN FELT LIKE her own body is on fire as she took a step away from Alpha Karius. She was breathing hard as her own sweat trickled down her face. It was painful, especially to her most private part since it was begging to be touched. She had the urge to dip herself in a cold ice of water to ease the hotness that she was feeling but how?

Her mind doesn't seem to work anymore! Her body was too consumed by the pain and the heat on her core! It's making her weak and unable to move while breathing hard.

"Fuck, the Blood Moon is already starting. You're in heat." She heard Alpha Karius say it but she couldn't seem to understand it anymore. Her mind is focused on the pain on her throbbing core begging for attention.

With her trembling toes, she held the nearest wall for support as the ache in between her thighs became even more worse. Even though her outfit was revealing and exposed, it felt like her gown was preventing her from breathing. She wants to take it off because of the hotness that she's feeling.

"G-Get out..." Lilian tried so hard to whisper as she looked at Alpha Karius. She wanted to take everything off from her own body to ease the heat but she wouldn't be able to do that if Alpha Karius is still with her.

This is the reality of the wolves. It will be too hard for them to resist their own body if they are in too much heat... especially now that it's Blood Moon.

Though Alpha Karius looked relaxed, Lilian could see how much he's controlling himself to not give in to his own heat and desire. She could see how his throat moved up and down as his eyes traveled down her body.

Great! They're both in heat! Why are they even together at this moment? Lilian couldn't accept it! She will accept it more if it's a different wolf that she's with right now!

Meanwhile, even though Alpha Karius looked calm and relaxed, his wolf is also begging to touch the woman in front of him right now. He wanted to give in to his own desire but he knew that Lilian would just hate him even more if he would do that without her consent.

"I won't. Let me do something about it. I don't want to see you hurting like this. Damn it!" He cursed and clenched his jaw as he grabbed her waist when she's about to fall on the floor because she was moving so much.

Unlike her, he can control his body and resist the heat but since it's Lilian, he needed more willpower to do that. Ever since he laid his eyes on her earlier, it feels like his body was suddenly on fire. Desire lord his own body like it was reacting to his original master again. Only Lilian could do this to him. He has never been a slave to his own libido but when it comes to him, controlling his body is getting harder.

Lilian shook her head weakly. "N-No... just go..." she whispered weakly again as she inhaled more air as if it would ease the heat she's feeling.

For some reason, her eyes started to water at her situation right now. She never knew that she could be in a situation like this. She felt miserable and weak. She already promised herself to not show weakness again when the time comes that she will see those who hurted her before including Alpha Karius but here she is... showing her teary eyes to him.

She avoided his gaze and concentrated on breathing hard again.

"You're in pain, Lilian. Don't be so stubborn," he said sharply this time as he clenched his jaw. It was obvious that he's not really comfortable seeing Lilian like this now. He wanted to take care of her but only if she wanted to. He was actually hurt seeing the disgust in her eyes the moment he looked at her eyes earlier. Her eyes were like taunting him, as if telling him that she was fine while she's not with him... and he honestly didn't like that.

He's been hell being away with her. His wolf doesn't like the idea of being separated from her.

Lilian wasn't able to talk back immediately when she saw how he clenched his jaw. That sight just added the dampness of her panty underneath her gown. The smell of her own arousal lingered in the air. She actually felt ashamed but she couldn't control her own body anymore.

And then suddenly, her gaze went to Alpha Karius' lips. It looks red... and tempting that she suddenly wanted a taste.
