Nathaniel leaned back after accepting the tablet as his fingers hovered above the folder icon.. 

“Mr. Nathaniel!” Xavier tried to warn him one more time. 

Nathaniel did not hesitate to double–tap the file folder icon lit had the recording of Freya’s painful experience. She was the one experiencing it, so he could not possibly feel the pain by just watching it. All he wanted was the truth; he wanted to know what happened in the past three years in the women’s prison that made Freya change so drastically. 

There were a few videos in the folder. He took a deep breath and continued playing the video. His expression froze, staring at the table. The video showed a worn–out medical room and gurney was filthy, and there were two doctors with masks who looked unprofessional. They almost looked like a bunch of fraudsters… 

There were two more nurses in there, wearing oversized coats that did not seem to be theirs. One of them did not bother to button properly. 

The quality of the footage was blurry, and was unable to record their conversation. The people seemed relaxed and it seemed like they did not care about the patient lying on the gurney. From the screen, it showed that they were chatting and bantering while getting the medical equipment and tools ready. However, the disinfection was done haphazardly. 

Suddenly, a woman was wheeled in. It was Freya who was partially unconscious. She seemed to be in a bad state. Seeing her made Nathaniel panic so much that he tried to push her away through the tablet screen. Hudson and Xavier felt bad looking at his actions. Mr. Nathaniel was stubborn back then, and the grudge between the Morgan family and the Gomez family was absolutely irreconcilable. He was not able to see what he truly wanted. They felt like he was torturing himself at this moment. 

In the recording, Freya seemed completely unconscious. However, she was still protecting her belly and even attempting to escape. But the nurses forcefully pinned her down to the gurney. A commotion crupted; Freya was terrified and she accidentally slapped a nurse. Two muscular men suddenly rushed in from the outside. 

“Mr. Nathaniel, these two men covered their faces with masks. But when I realized that the one in front had a tattoo on his forehead, I already sent people to search for him.” 

Nathaniel was fixated on the screen while clenching his fist. He knew that Freya was fighting hard. to protect her baby. Those people’s intentions were apparent. The two men were pinning her down, as the doctor approached her to sedate her. After that, he attached a tube to her ankle before the sedative flowed into her. This paralyzed her! After that, they undressed her to cut her abdomen open to remove the fetus. 

Suddenly a loud bang erupted as the tablet fell to the ground. His face turned pale as he clutched. his chest while his lips gradually turned purple.
