Sebastian looked at Evelyn the moment Lucas arrived. 

Noticing that she was unfazed and was focused on recording data on the military tech, he gave a satisfied smirk 

He had always known that Evelyn was a woman with a strong will. Once she made up her mind, she could pull herself out of anything quickdy. 

She had always been exceptional when it came to balancing her emotions. 

However, Sebastian could not help but pay attention to Locas. 

Lucas clearly knew that Evelyn was here too, but his gaze merely brushed past her with indifference. 

His sight never once lingered on Evelyn.

“Did he ever bring you a hot drink? Sebastian scoffed, turning to Evelyn. “Mr. Grant is quite a considerate man.”

She was telling the truth. The doting boyfriend of someone else used to be her cold and indifferent husband.

Sebastian parted Evelyn’s shoulder proudly. “Evie is all grown up now. To celebrate the end of your delusions, dinner’s on me tonight.”

Their interaction was relaxed, showing their close relationship 

Jason could not help but look over multiple times. He then shifted his gaze to Lucas, who was still talking to Tittany quietly. 

Lucas paid no attention to Evelyn and Sebastian, much less cared about how close the two of them were a 

“Everyone, gather around. Let’s share our thoughts on what we’ve seen today,” Thomas called out to everyone. 

The group began to move closer 

Evelyn telt she had gained a lot today, which gave her some inspiration. This made her jot down her ideas while walking. 

Sebastian caught a glimpse of her notes and was stunned. It would be a big deal if anyone were to get their hands on this.

She understood what Flynn meant. Evelyn was simply putting on a show. 

“Today was very insightful, but I’m even more curious about why the UNZ combat drone’s lead developer hasn’t been made known yet? Are they from the institute too? Could it be Professor Hül?” Flynn questioned after approaching. 

Brandon and the others tumed to Thomas. They were curious about it too. 

Lucas glanced subtly in Sebastian’s direction. 

Sebastian, had already stated that he was not the lead developer of the US combat drone. Since then, no other news has been beard. 

“Would be possible for me to meet them?” Tittany asked Thomas sincerely. “I’d like to exchange some insights with them ” 

She would not reach the same brights even if she had another five years. Regardless, her request drew attention from everyone present 

“Could you introduce us to them?” Brandon added 

Although his father was in the military, he had never leaked a single detail to Brandon. This caused the latter to be clueless about any of this
