Overwhelmed by emotions, Nathaniel rises from his seat, his eyes filled with a lot of emotions and begins to walk briskly towards the stairs. Nothing could be used to describe what he felt as he ascended the stairs. The thumping beat of his heart could be heard from the hallway but he didn't care about any of that for the only one in his mind was Alexandra Guerrero.
For night and day, she consumed his thoughts and he couldn't do a thing about it. All he did was stare at the portrait in his studio that was glued to his mind. No matter how hard Nathaniel tried to erase that memory of her, he couldn't and so he decided to give a place in his heart by making a beautiful painting.
She hasn't seen it and he wasn't intending to show her, not when she was still mad at him for not trusting her and he didn't know what to do. Walking into the hallway, Nathaniel couldn't control himself any longer, he wanted her and he couldn't deny that fact for it was driving him apart and ruining his chances with her.
This jealousy in his heart was tearing him apart and he couldn't do a thing about it. The only one who could save him was Alexandra and she was mad at him for not trusting her and denying her the one thing she so much wanted.
As the memory of their last encounter plays in his mind, Nathaniel smiles, he couldn't still believe he would push her to the edge and she will lose her cool and slap him. Standing by the doorstep, a part of him wanted to let her be till sunrise but deep down, he couldn't.
He was sure she would still be sitting all by herself staring at the moon with hopes that tomorrow will be better since her wish would be granted.
"Haven't seen any like you" He scoffs and knocks softly on the door for a long moment but gets no response.
"Alexandra are you there?" He asked, his hand itching to yank the door wide open and step inside but Nathaniel controlled himself.
He wanted to talk to her and sort things out and not piss her off even further. This may be his place and Alexandra may be his Luna but she wasn't his prisoner so he needed to thread carefully or risk pushing her to her very limit again.
"Alexandra" He knocks, a little louder
"Alexandra come on open up, let's talk" His heart beat accelerates and he closes on the space between the door
"I know you can hear me, will you open the door"
Getting a deafening silence for a moment, Nathaniel runs his hand through his hair frustrated, glances around seeing no one in sight, lowers to the ground, and leans against the door.
"Alexandra will you open the door, let's talk, I know I said a lot of things and so did you but come on, open up"
"We are not going to solve anything by keeping away from each other"
