After hearing Noelle's response, Hendrix didn't say anything more. He simply left Sienna Villa with his entourage. When he reached the parking lot, he spotted Seline standing there.
Because of Noelle, Seline had never been particularly fond of Hendrix. Even though her position technically required her to maintain a good relationship with him, she still refused to do so. In fact, she couldn't even be bothered to put on a front.
But today, when Seline saw Hendrix, she seemed to be in an unusually good mood. She even took the initiative to wave at him.
"Hello, Mr. Freeman," she greeted.
Even though Hendrix found this odd, he didn't say anything about it. He simply gave her a slight nod before getting into his car.
Like hell Seline was just going to let him leave like that!
The situation with Angela was something Seline wanted to blow up into a big scandal, but Noelle had a point, too. On the surface, Seline had no real connection to Hendrix, so whether he was being cheated on or not had nothing to do with her.
But if she made a big deal about it, Hendrix might suspect Noelle was behind it. He might even think he was some big deal and that Noelle was deliberately targeting Angela.
Still, there was no way Seline was just going to pretend like nothing had happened.
As Hendrix was about to get into his car, Seline quickly caught up to him. "Mr. Freeman, I heard you've got a new girlfriend. She's an influencer with a massive following, right?"
At her words, Hendrix paused and turned to look at her. His gaze seemed to be asking what this had to do with her, yet there was also a hint of anticipation in it.

Woah chapters 41-45 is intense!! Good to see Noelle’s character who has come across as mostly detached actually express emotion....
I find Noelle’s character so frustrating, she comes across lacking any true emotion. The chapters where Rosie was missing was probably the most where we have seen some strong outward emotion shown. Dreading these next few chapters if she is going to do something drastic to “go find Seline” The author has taken us on a rollercoaster with these characters. The novel feels like it is at a stage now where they can come full circle....
A good change of pace and story in the last 10 chapters. Good to see the shift in Hendrix’s character (more patience) to win over Noelle and Rosie. Hope we start to see them warm up to him. Please no crazy twist where he loses them again. Have enjoyed this story and looking forward to its wrap up👨👩👧...

I have been in love with this novel but I don’t know how much patience I have to wait until the to finish line. Dear Author, can you atleast give us some idea about how long is this going to be or if there’s any turning point coming soon. And it would be great if you could upload at least 10 chapters at once. 5 chapters is making me more impatience with the anticipation of the further story of novel🙈...
I really hope there is a turning point in this story where Noelle starts to show some interest in Hendrix...
