Chapter 151
Chapter 151
Yesterday, when William arrived, he was furious, ready to tear Quiana apart. Today, he was all po and courteous as if he were a completely different person, which made Steven and the others stunned,
Ryan blinked and he ran his fingers through his golden hair. “Since you’re back, let’s focus on training. The performance is just a few days away.”
“Right.” Steven snapped back to his senses. “Time is really tight right now.”
Even though Quiana’s solo performance had been impressive, the real challenge now was being part of a team.
Quiana nodded and slowly went back to her dorm to change. After putting on her microphone, she entered the training room, and a group of girls who were already practicing immediately turned to look at her, their gazes odd and suspicious.
“Why is she back?”
“Who knows?”
Some muttered quietly, while a few girls approached her with genuine concern.
“Quiana, where did you go yesterday?”
“I heard you were taken away. Are you okay?”
Their warmth and enthusiasm stood in stark contrast to the cold indifference they had shown her the day before.
Quiana smiled faintly. “I went to save someone.”
They didn’t believe her at all.
Quiana wasn’t interested in acting intimately. She scanned the room and casually asked, “Where’s Wendy?”
“She’s…” Just as the girl was about to answer, Wendy walked in from outside, calling out to Quiana, “Our team’s training room is this way.”
Quiana raised an eyebrow, uncrossed her legs, and walked over. She was tall, at least 5.5 feet, and exuded an effortless, carefree air.
Her pink training outfit was made to look stylish. And then there was that face–the one that made everything else pale in comparison. It was the kind of beauty that made both men and women feel envious.
“I don’t know why she always looks so hypocritical,” Jessica muttered under her breath.
Luna rolled her eyes. “Even if she survives today, after the first performance, she’ll still have to leave.”
