Chapter 151 

Jason thought Fiona was sure to die, but he didn’t know that she had been saved. 

Not long after Christopher sent Fiona’s location to the police, she was choked awake by the water that was poured into her 

nose. 

She sat up with a sharp pain in her shoulder, took off the woman’s clothes, and put them on. 

The lights in the corner shone blindingly, illuminating the water stained with blood and revealing the lifeless forms of three bodies. 

Water seeped in through the crevice of the shipping container, and the water level was rising. 

In ten minutes tops, the shipping container would be flooded. Fiona stood up with her hand on the wall and fumbled around the three dead bodies, trying to find their phones. 

Only the woman had a phone, but it was unusable because of the water. 

She went to the door and pushed it hard, only to find that it was locked from the outside. 

“Is anybody there? Help!” 

After shouting several times without getting any response, Fiona knew it wouldn’t help. 

Although her current situation made her desperate, she didn’t give up any hope and tried to find a chance to live. 

She found several plastic bags with food in them, as well as duct tape. 

She filled the plastic bag with air and sealed it with tape to prevent air leakage.

Then, Fiona waited for the police to rescue her by relying on the air in these plastic bags. 

When the door was opened, the final bag of reserved air had been depleted. 

If the police had been a few minutes later, she really would have been dead as Jason had expected.

At this time, Cecilia received the news that Fiona had been saved. 

After reading the text message, she shook her phone at Jason. 

“Fiona has just been saved.” 

Jason blurted out, “No way!”

Cecilia didn’t stop him. She looked at him coldly and asked, “If I die, how will you tell your master?” 

She believed that the real mastermind behind this was not the man in front of her. 

The man was nothing more than an obedient dog, a disposable piece of chess. 

Jason chuckled. “You’re really smart, but it doesn’t matter how smart you are because you can’t guess who my master is.” 

Then he raised his eyebrows provocatively. “The answer will surprise you and the members of the Shaw family.” 

Cecilia was not interested in these specious words and asked, “Why did you want to see me?” 

“I want to see who you are to have the Shaw family protect you like this, of course.” 

“Now that you’ve seen it, what do you think?” 

“You’re good–looking and smart. No wonder the Shaw family safeguards you as if you’re a treasure. Unfortunately, you got too cocky and exposed your identity.” 

“If I don’t do this, how can I make you take the bait?” 

“If I don’t take the bait, how are you going to arrest me?” 

“Oh, we’ll see.” 

After saying that, Cecilia ordered Evan’s men, “Get down!”

Cecilia rushed to Jason. 

When she reached the edge of the rooftop, she didn’t slow down. She pounced on Jason, and they fell together. 

Evan’s men were so scared that they rushed to the railing and looked down. 

They breathed a sigh of relief when they saw Cecilia and Jason fall on the air mattress. 

The moment Jason fell, he pressed the detonator. 

He didn’t want Cecilia to die. He only wanted everyone in the building to die. 

However, he only heard the sound of himself crashing against the air mattress but did not hear the explosion. 

Cecilia was fully prepared and didn’t get hurt at all when she landed on the air mattress. 

She got up immediately, grabbed Jason by the neck, and smashed him down hard on the sunburnt concrete floor. 

Jason let out a muffled groan. The corners of his mouth were bleeding, and his face turned pale instantly. It was evident how hard the blow was. 

The pain brought him to his senses. 

He looked at Cecilia who was smiling and roared, “Why didn’t it explode? Why?” 

“Because the bomb was defused.” 

Cecilia had dared to throw herself at Jason because 

Christopher had given her the signal. 

“Impossible!” 

Jason was a master bomber. The explosives he assembled,
