The Ultimate Husband (Darryl and Lily Lyndon) novel Chapter 3513

Chapter 3513

It was the sect master of the Fantasy Sect who had instructed Madame Pandora to steal the Holy Jade Scripture. Madame Pandora was startled by Rosalind's words, but she did not show it. "If that is the case, we should quickly head back."

She was about to gather her guards and maids, but Rosalind stopped her. "How do you plan to deal with Darren?"

"He had drunk a bit of wine, so he should be sleeping right now. We'll leave quietly, and he'll be none the wiser. Darren is my friend. Please spare his life," Madame Pandora said softly. Then, as if the thought just came to her, she said, "Don't worry. I did not tell him anything at all."

Her heart was beating wildly against her chest. The Fantasy Sect was very mysterious and disallowed other people to take an interest in their matters. Even though Darryl only happened to bump into Madame Pandora there, she knew she had broken a rule of the Fantasy Sect.

Just as she expected, Rosalind shook her head and said, "You know the rules. We can't let him go now that he has seen what happened here."

"Rosalind, please—" Madame Pandora was beginning to panic.

Rosalind interrupted her. "That's enough. There's no use begging for his life. I heard he said he could read the words in the Holy Jade Scripture. The sect master will be pleased to know that, so I've decided to bring him with us." Then, she left for Darryl's tent.

'Oh no!' Madame Pandora thought, what should she do? she felt very conflicted and anxious. She wanted to stop Rosalind, but how could she when Rosalind's status was higher than hers?

Darryl was already sleeping soundly in his tent when the beautiful but cold-faced Rosalind walked into it. He immediately woke up— he could feel a disturbance in the air.

He thought it was Madame Pandora who had entered his tent and turned back to look at her. However, Rosalind raised her hand and struck him at the back of his head. Darryl immediately passed out.

'D*mn you!' Darryl thought angrily before he completely blacked out. He thought it was Madame Pandora who had struck him.
