Chapter 3601

The Red Sparrow Queen had gone ballistic. She was so close to eliminating the Beast Alliance until Darryl came along and messed up her whole plan, she started to panic when she thought about how her subordinates were at the mercy of the White Tiger King.

Sensing her anger, Darryl tried to placate her with a smile. "Red Sparrow Queen, you're being unreasonable. I was just a bystander and was forced to help the Beast Alliance when your subordinates started to attack me. Besides, the White Tiger King would not have the opportunity to ambush you if you weren't too focused on capturing me. Not to forget, I ended up here because of you..."

Darryl was a little peeved at the White Tiger King. He knew he wanted to get rid of the Red Sparrow Queen but was that how a Dragon Lord should be treated?

The Red Sparrow Queen bit her lips and mockingly said, "oh, please, you helped the Beast Alliance, and that makes you my enemy, so serve you right for being the White Tiger King's pawn."

Darryl was a little speechless. He forced a smile and said, "Red Sparrow Queen, you should not fight amongst yourselves—your clan and the White Tiger clan are all innate beasts. Besides, we need to cooperate since we're both trapped—"

The Red Sparrow Queen interrupted him. "Shut up! That is between the White Tiger King and me. You don't have the right to say anything." Her eyes flashed angrily as she shouted, "I'm going to kill you, no matter what!"

She struggled to stand up and shot a palm toward Darryl. Instead of panicking, he sighed because he knew there was no power behind that palm at all. It was obvious the White Tiger King had severely injured the Red Sparrow Queen.

He calmly and easily dodged her attack. "Red Sparrow Queen, our fate is tied together now that we're here, why are you so hellbent on killing me?"

"Shut up!" the Red Sparrow Queen shouted as she attacked him again.

Darryl did not know whether to laugh or cry at her stubbornness. He could easily subdue her since she was so weak, but then he controlled himself when he thought that it was indeed somewhat his fault.

He tried to calm her down while dodging her attacks simultaneously, "stop it! You're seriously hurt. You should conserve your energy."
