Emily took the jade vase and left Tilda standing there.

Shocked, Tilda quickly chased after her. "Emily, wait for me!"

On the other side, Debra and Jewel had finished browsing the stalls and had entered an antique store. That store was huge, and its retro style decoration was steeped in history—walking inside felt like journeying to the past.

The two made one round around the shop, and a jade fan attracted Debra. "How much is that?" she asked the owner.

The owner quickly walked up to them and said, "You have good taste, miss. That jade fan is from the Song Dynasty's palace. You can tell by its magnificent carving that it's done by a highly-skilled craftsman. Seeing that that is the first day of business, I will give you a discounted price of two million!"

Debra furrowed her brows and picked up the jade fan for a closer look. The jade fan was exquisite, but it was hard to tell whether it came from the Song Dynasty, she came from the Great East and did not know much about Gaia Continent's history.

"Two million? That's so expensive!" Jewel said.

"Well, well. If it isn't Miss Debra!" a man said from the store's entrance.

The man was dressed in all-white, making him look dashingly handsome. It was Skylar Blanc.

Skylar had forced Neil to surrender a day ago and asked him to steal Chester's ghost token within ten days. Skylar decided to stay in a hotel in Mid City during that period, and he had come out for a stroll to alleviate his boredom. To his surprise, he bumped into Debra.

He smiled at Debra and said, "Miss Debra, it seems like fate has brought us together again."

It was love at first sight for him when he saw Debra at the Heavenly Alliance's celebration banquet, since then, he had been daydreaming about her daily, so he was delighted to see her there.

He did not care that Debra was Darryl's woman. He only knew that whatever he wanted, he would get.

Debra's rejection made Skylar sober up. "Miss Debra, I'm being serious. I can tell that you like that jade fan. Please let me have the honor of buying it for you."

There was no way he was going to let a chance like that slip through his fingers.
