"Ambrose, don't be rash!"

Chester's face darkened, heading forward to halt Ambrose. Yet Ambrose was too quick, looming over the group of Heavenly Alliance members in no time.

The Heavenly Alliance members felt the aura above their heads instantly. Raising their gazes, they were in for quite a surprise.

"Is that Ambrose Darby, the Guardian of the Elysium Gate?" 1

"What's that guy doing here?"

"He came alone too. Does he have a death wish?"

Cayden raised his head to look at Ambrose as everyone continued their discussions. In a mocking tone, he said, "Are you trying to start something, you little sh*t?" Cayden would have shown Ambrose a minimum amount of respect if it had been before.

However, the Heavenly Alliance's power had grown over time, and Cayden became more and more full of himself.

Ambrose's eyes reddened with rage, and fury surrounded him like a forcefield. "Bullsh*t. The Heavenly Alliance has done so much harm to the Carter family, causing death and bloodshed. I will avenge them today."

Ambrose's rage grew at the thought of Nancy's tragic death.

Despite only returning to the Carter family household when he was older, they had cared dearly for Ambrose. Dax's wife, Nancy, had been incredibly kind to him, almost treating him as if he was her son.

His words rang through the air, bringing with them an air of ferocity that radiated from Cayden! He raised his hand, striking a palm in Ambrose's direction!

Ambrose's expression darkened. Devoid of any hesitation, he moved his own palms forward to block Cayden's attack!

Everyone heard a deafening crash as both palms met, forcing out a radius of energy that rippled through its surroundings!

Both Cayden and Ambrose grunted in mild indignance. The two men had been knocked apart from the previous blow. It was clear that neither had shown any mercy with their moves!

Internally, Ambrose was stunned beyond words!

It was important to note that Ambrose had received the Tyrant Hammer when he was only a teenager and had the Incandescent Sect leader, Matteo Hanson, as his teacher, when he had returned to the Carter family, he had further received teachings from Chester and Dax. His skills improved very quickly, and before he knew it, he had reached the late stage of Heaven Ascension. 1

In contrast, Cayden was only a young master from a small sect barely a year ago; he was a nobody. How had his skills improved so dramatically only within a few months of joining the Heavenly Alliance?

Amid his shock, Ambrose took a deep breath. He roared, "Cayden, today shall be the day you meet your demise!" He tightened his grip on the Tyrant Hammer, charging over once again.

"Show me what you've got!" Cayden smirked coldly, totally fearless as well!

A fierce battle began between the two men in mid-air.

What seemed like no time at all had actually lasted well over ten minutes, yet there was yet to be a clear winner between the two.

Ambrose was armed with the Tyrant Hammer and was also in the late stage of Heaven Ascension. He was one step above Cayden.

However, Cayden had gained favor from Grunt, and so he had also learned some cultivating methods from the Godly Region. On top of that, Grunt had gifted him with the Godly Region Pill. It was no wonder that his skills had grown to such heights in a mere few months.
